There is no national lookup for physician licences in Canada. Staff compares your name and number with the public register of your college, usually within one business day.

Details on consent and privacy

MedTechInvest Canada Corp., on behalf of the manufacturer FixNip Ltd., collects your name, e-mail address, province and licence number through this form for one purpose: to confirm your registration with your provincial college before opening the professional area, and to contact you about that registration by e-mail. The licence number is stored in protected form and is never shown publicly. Your information is stored by our service providers in Germany (European Union), e-mails are delivered through a provider in the United States, and FixNip Ltd. in Israel receives it only for the purposes of the professional area. It is therefore communicated outside Quebec and outside Canada. You can access and correct your information, withdraw your consent and ask for deletion at any time by writing to our Privacy Officer at privacy@fixnip.ca. If you withdraw consent, we close the professional account. The account and the verification record are kept for as long as the account exists. Privacy policy

FixNip certification is product-specific training provided by the manufacturer and its Canadian distributor; it is not a certification by a medical college or regulatory body.
